Lecture about birds living in our city
On July 23th 2011 a lecture about city birds and birds in city parks took place within comfortable interior of seasonal tee house "Tvoja čajová záhrada" in Medická záhrada city park in Bratislava associated with a short field trip to the surrounding area. Because of bad weather conditions in previous days we have not seen as many birds as if the weather would have been nice, but none the less we were able to unfold a discussion, while drinking a cup of tee, not only about birds in parks and gardens of Bratislava, but also about wider problem of preservation of our birds, e.g. about actual problem with swift colonies during the insulations of blocks of flats.
